About the race

The Connemara 100 on the West Coast of Ireland is run over a measured and certified course. THE CONNEMARA 100 (MILES) on the West Coast of Ireland will be run over a measured and certified course. and the event is AAI Permitted. The course is simply fabulous, taking participants from Clifden through Letterfrack, the Inagh Vally, one loop of the Connemarathon Ultra, towards Roundstone, Ballyconeely and back to Clifden. Taking place during the weekend of August 16th 2025, the Connemara 100 is best described as a 100 mile tour of Connemara on foot. The course is simply fabulous, taking participants from Clifden through Letterfrack, Leitirgeish, the Inagh valley, Maam Cross, Leenane, Inagh Valley again,then on to Roundstone, Ballyconeely and back to Clifden to complete 100 miles.
